Lable images so they appear in the search results

Hi,
Can I label my image, so it would appear in search results?
For example:
I have my image of the button with the text "Add document". I want this to appear, when somebody will search for "document".
How can I do it?

Do you mean that you want the actual image to be displayed in the search results?

Thank you for your replay! I'm more intrested in result that in search results the site with this image will be displayed. So it should work as searching for text - the search results page is returning list of pages where such term is, but I want pages that contains text, for example 'document', and images with label 'document'. But I don't know how to mark those images.
