Could not copy file: Could not find a part of the path

I am trying to set up synchronization for the first time.

I get hundreds of lines saying it could not find part of the path. The path is to an external server and IT assures me I have permissions.

I saw a similar post about building output with a similar error. They seemed to think it was antivirus software interfering?
