RED Index keywords

RED Index keywords

Hi all,

I want to change the red color when mouse hovers Index keywords. How I can do that?

Have you tried the keywordlink section in the stylesheet? If you open the stylesheet editor in simple mode you should see any class etc that has a red colour.

That isn't what you need to do, the keywordLink style is for the keyword link help control.

Changing the index hover colour is very similar to changing the TOC hover colour, covered in this kb article:

Follow the instructions, but edit the MadCapIndex.js file (instead of MadCapToc.js).

Hi,

It works fine for XP, Vista won't allow me to edit a file, even if I change the read-only attribute I still cannot save changes to MadCapIndex.js :? .
Any ideas?

Vista is rather strict about administrative rights...

make sure you nare a member of the administrators group and see if that helps.
