Simpler Output format?

Hi,
Has anyone created simpler outputs through Flare than WebHelp?
I'm looking for something that is similiar to what is called the "DHTML" output that can be created through WebWorks.
It creates a very simple flat-files for ToC and Index, so that the help can be displayed as individual pages, without a frameset. But there is still a way that they all link together (links at top/bottom of page to ToC & Index, for example.
