Cursor and context-menus

Hello

I'm just starting to use Capture and I can't figure out how to take screen shots that include the cursor and context menus. I need to right-click on part of an interface and then take a screen shot of the context menu (pop-up menu) that appears, including the cursor. In PaintShop there was an option to use a hotkey to trigger the capture and also an option to include the cursor - can Capture do this? If so, how?

Tools > Options > Capture > Capture Mouse Cursor

Not sure if you can bind a hotkey to this within Capture though.
