Auto Scrolling Not Working

When I try to capture a web page using auto-scroll, I get the following message:

"The browser's content changed during the auto-scroll capture operation. Please make sure JavaScript and Flash are disabled during capture".

I've previously used SnagIt for years, and never saw this error.

What's it all about??

I have gotten this error before. Try using auto scroll with a time delay. That usually works for me.

I've tried Auto Scroll with time delay...did not work. Any pointers on what needs to be done would be appreciated. I use Windows 7-64 bit, IE 10, Capture 6 and Flare 9.1.2.
