Hi,
In this forum there are a lot of topics dealing with "importing *.svg files into Capture". I am using capture V6 and there is no import option.
Question: How to import *.svg files into Capture?
I would like to use the *.SVG files from Visio (2010) in a Capture palette, but this seems impossible. Is there anyone how can provide the steps needed to accomplish this?
Greetings,
René Severens

Hi,
Additional info: I just discovered that Java is needed to put an *.SVG image in a Flare topic. It would be very nice if this was mentioned in the help file. But it hat really needed? This is not wanted by the customer.... .

Hi René
I don't think you can get an SVG into Capture. As you say, there is no import function, and SVG is not supported by File > Open. You need to convert them to e.g. PNG, then Insert Image with a capture open. They will then be available as objects and you can add them to a palette. But after all that, they won't resize nicely, so size them before you convert.
