Images processed with Capture in different output directory

Because we import our output files into Drupal to render on our website, we depend on the images living the directory we specify in pre-processing. However, when the topic gets built, if it's a topic that includes an image modified in MadCap Capture, the processor changes the image path to ../Generated Images/<filename> which will break our images. I can change this manually in the output HTML, but that's a total hack. Is there a way to keep the build process from changing the folder location?
