Unhandled Exception occurs while editing or capturing image

An .Net error, Unhandled Exception, occurs when I perform any action (crop, apply profile, and so on) on an existing image. It also occurs when i try to capture a new image. I hav restarted my system, but no use. Any fixes for this issue?

I guess the obvious thing to check is your dotNet frameworks, are you running the latest version?
