Capturing magnifier with region captures

Hey, I don't know if anyone else has seen this issue, but one of the folks on my team is having a problem with region screen captures: the magnifier is getting captured along with the stuff underneath.

We've got a workaround (either turn off the magnifier, or set a 1-second delay on the cap, so the magnifier disappears for the capture), but I was hoping maybe someone else had seen this problem and come up with a fix rather than a workaround.

I can't reproduce the problem on my computer, and that doesn't help. Also, we are using Capture on a Terminal Server, so there is lag involved...perhaps that is the problem.

Hi Andrew,

I know this isn't too helpful, but working with Capture run locally on my pc, I have never encountered that problem.
WIth having used Terminal Server (although not with Madcap products) I have also seen a delay in the refresh of data, so I believe you could well be right and it is the culprit, rather than Capture itself.
