Recording both computer sound & microphone (screen capture)

Mimic 8.1 questions/comment:

How do you record "both" computer sound and microphone for screen capture videos?
In Recording Options window, in Audio Input Source, what do you select -or- do you need a specific sound driver to do this task?
Is anyone else having this same issue?
Comment: For Audio Input Source, I selected Microsoft Sound Mapper and the video output sound was distorted and unusable.
