Sharing palette objects

Post by jknasinski »

Is there any way to share objects that I use and have on my palette with another writer? We'd like sort of a global set of objects with the same properties.

I haven't tried this, but...

Mimic (an Capture) create a folder called 'my palettes' in your local documents folder. Try copying the contents of this from your machine to your colleagues.

I copied the file from my "My Palettes" folder and emailed it to my coworker. He renamed the file and copied it to his "My Palettes" folder and it worked perfectly.
I imagine you could do that with frame libraries also. Very cool.

Thx!
