If you are refering to the clicking sound in the output it is controlled through the properties dialog for the text box you are using to capture user input.
Sorry that's a bit vague, I don't have access to Mimic at the moment so I am going on memory...

Apparently, it used to be there. Now it's on the Recording Options dialog from the File menu. You can clear the Play sound effects option. Thanks.
