When I change the Start Time property of a cursor, the Length value defaults to 0.0, even when I type in the same value for Length. It's only when I actually change the Length value that my entry is saved. Am I doing something wrong, or is this a bug?
Process (version 7.0.1):
1. Double-click the cursor object (with a previously set Start Time and Length). The Cursor Properties dialog displays.
2. Go to Time Span and revise Start Time.
3. Click OK. The Cursor Properties dialog closes.
4. Double-click the cursor object again. Length has a zero value.
