I found a similar issue mentioned but incompletely answered in another topic.
To get the toolbar buttons to work with Mimic Flash movies, you need to change some Flash settings, which you do via the Adobe website. Each of our users would need to make that change on their system. Richard provided a link to this setting, and it does work:

However, the content of the setting is somewhat disturbing, as it seems to imply that Mimic is using an old, outdated security setting. This is not something I would like users who are purchasing a brand-new state-of-the-art software package to see.
What is the status on this, and is there a way to get round having to ask every user to make this change?
