Flash - Vista OS with IE

I'm using Mimic v2 to generate Flash output that is integrated with Flare help. When open a link in Flare to launch movie on a Vista PC, the output is sent to the IE 64bit instead of 32bit. Since Flash doesn't support 64bit, the movie doesn't work.

I have tried setting IE 32bit as the default browser, but the 64bit browser always loads. Is there any settings or code in Mimic/Flare that can resolve this? Does anyone know of any scripting or HTML that can load a specific browser?

Is anyone else having this issue?
