Publishing Standalone Movies

I have my Mimic movies being saved to my locale hard drive and I publish them to a network drive.
I have a 10 or more movies and I would like to take advance of the console.minicompiler.exe to build and publish my movies automatically.
-file [movie]
-output-type flash
How do I state a different location to publish to in the command line?
Do it pickup the location from the Movie properties?
I can't seem to get this to work?
Any suggestions?
