I was curious if anyone could provide the actual hardware they are using to provide the Feedback Server application to clients. Also, if you are hosting your help systems or providing them as a "desktop help system" that would be helpful.

This is an older topic, but I'm about to start investigating different server options so we can implement MadCap Feedback for our webhelp (we won't be using the Feedback hosted service provided by MadCap). I'm also curious...
1) What hardware is most used? (We've discussed purchasing a Blade server.)
2) Have you experienced any obstacles due to the hardware that you're using?
3) Do you have any tips/tricks/recommendations for a Feedback newbie?
