BACKGROUND I don't recall this issue being addressed in the documentation but have received this as a question during our internal DEV tests of the Feedback Server system. To my knowledge, no one has seen encountered this issue in interacting with the system. Before we give users a link to request assistance on this issue, we would like to be prepared for the most likely failure scenarios. We were rebranding the default MadCap response pages to our company name, logo, etc., when this question/concern came up.
