How do you use Feedback Server and is it useful?

We need buy-in from our IT team to set up the hardware and the Feedback Server application for us. Before we invest the time and resources, we need to figure out the usefulness of Feedback Server. Any opinions?

We use the product internally for review purposes. So I have no external experience as our docs aren't allowed online.

And I really do love the product BUT...

1. Reviewers can't seem to add comments if the folders+topic length is greater than 255 characters. So, for a straight Welcome or Introductory topic it's fine but when you dig down to three or four sub-folders with topic headings that aren't short - then our reviewers can't add comments.
2. We continue to use PDF for smaller reviews.
3. I would like to see more formatting options available in comments (even basic ones like bold).
