Users create profile but do not receive confirmation email

I am trialing MadPak ML (Flare V7 including Feedback V3). Users can submit comments as long as I have enabled anonymous comments in the Feedback Explorer. If I deselect that option so that they must create a user profile ("Create Feedback Service Profile) to enter a comment, the user fills out the dialog and selects all three of the email notification options. But no confirmation email arrives. We've tested this with company and personal emails to no avail. I am only using Feedback with one target (WebHelp). The target skin is set up properly with Feedback set to display comments, and username and email address is selected for the Feedback User Profile. On the trial, I'm using Feedback service with a license key.

Any idea what's wrong?

It works now on IE 9, Firefox 3.6.17 and Chrome 11.0.696.68. I'm trialing Madcap's Feedback as a service, so maybe something was wrong with their server. One note: The confirmation email to my Hotmail was sent to the Junk box. Other than that, it's working fine now.
