Not receiving Feedback Server-related e-mails from MadCap

I am not receiving e-mails for various Feedback Server events (new comments, manifest, feedback profile activation, etc.). I have configured these events in Feedback Explorer for the targets in question, configured myself as an administrator, had my IT department add the domain to our spam blocker "white list," etc. I have tried configuring e-mails to go to my personal Gmail account instead, but to no success. This is currently an issue because our Help users cannot register for feedback profiles, and as a result we had to enable anonymous commenting as a workaround. Anonymous comments are not ideal for our situation, because we need to be able to see who is using our Help systems in order to respond to their questions directly. I have tried configuring feedback profiles in multiple browers, also to no success.

We currently have Feedback Server stored on an encrypted Web server (Verisign certificate installed). Has anyone else experienced a lack of automated e-mails from MadCap for Feedback Server actions?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

You may have to go directly to MadCap customer support for this.
