We can no longer open Feedback Explorer and was wondering if anyone else is having the same issue or can suggest a solution,
It starts to open, I can see the logo, and then I get a Windows message saying that "MadCap Feedback Explorer has stopped working - Windows is checking for a solution to the problem"
Then a second message appears "MadCap Feedback Explorer has stopped working - A problem caused the program to stop working correctly. Windows will close the program and notify you if a solution is available."
Nothing we have tried has worked. And I do need to see the stats from my projects!
Understand that Feedback Explorer is no longer supported by MadCap but if anyone can help, it would be greatly appreciated.
