Topics not in Selected TOC

Topics not in Selected TOC

I'm trying to find what topic, or htm files in Content folder, are not included in my TOC. I chose View > Project Analysis, and then Topics not in Selected TOC, and the Filter TOC, but the results show the files that I've included in the TOC. Is it a bug of the software?

I found out the reason. It not the fault of the software, but i have repeated files and folders.

I'm wondering how if the software can warn the situation? :)
