Index Keywords Suggestions in Analyzer 4

Is there any way to customize the sensitivity of the Index Keyword Suggestions in Analyzer 4? It is way too sensitive - it makes some really interesting connections, like coming up with the first instance of a word (example: report) in each help topic, because the keyword already exists in other topics.
