Analyze *only* topics linked from primary target

In the Analyzer Summary, is there a way to list only those topics that are linked from the primary target of the project? I don't care about files with issues if they are not linked from the target. In Flare, this would be the equivalent of checking, "Exclude content not linked directly or indirectly from the target."

I don't have an answer sorry, but this is definitely something I'd be interested in knowing too if anyone knows how to do it.
