Focus issues when opening Flare

does anyone else have this problem? Whenever I open a project in Flare, I always forget that Flare highjacks the user interface on my system while it opens all the files in the project. This means that if I go to another program and start typing there, Flare will take the key presses and insert them at the beginning of whatever topic is opening at the moment. Then I end up with extra characters in my titles.

This is driving me crazy. I have plenty to do in other applications and if there are a number of open windows in the Flare project, Flare takes over for some period of time. Does anyone have a workaround or suggestion, besides remembering to go get some water whenever I open a project in Flare?

I've also been annoyed by this on several occasions.
You can't do anything until it finishes and then have to go through and find the topics it has inserted letters into.
This really needs sorting, as I'm sure many people forget and try to carry out other actions while Flare is loading.
