I've used Flare a lot in my previous job, but on my first day in my new job, I was so excited about installing and registering Flare, I think I managed to enter my email address incorrectly when registering the product. I say "I think", cos I might have used my old address. However, I can't see any way of changing it or even viewing the email address I entered. Can this be done through Flare or will it need to be done via Support?

You could use Help > Deactivate Product, then activate it again.

Either way, customer support is your friend. They can help you get your license key, and if it is still registered to your old account, they can update your email address and reset any current activations.
