Browser icon missing in Content Explorer

I just upgraded to Flare 12. In my previous version, I could see the default browser icon in front of my file names. I can no longer see that icon after the upgrade.

I'm *guessing* this has something to do with setting a default browser in Flare. If so, I cannot find the option to do that.

If I recall correctly, it goes by the default browser registered with the system.

That was the first thing I checked - i.e., making sure Chrome was still my default browser (and I checked that setting in Chrome).

Is there some place in Flare I should be checking as well?
