SQLite verses SQL Server Express

Hello,

I am setting up TMs for Lingo. I will have 30-40 databases and they will require regular maintenance. Access will be limited to a few users. Does anyone have advice about the choice between SQLit and SQL Server? Are there advantages to using Server in addition to the ability to serve the content?

I appreciate any help and insight you may provide!
