Lingo 8 + Flare 10 -> Lingo 9 +Flare 11 Migration

Has anyone moved from using Lingo 8 with Flare 10 projects to Lingo 9 with Flare 11? I've been looking in the documentation and forums and can't seem to find anything. Madcap's documentation on migration issues is unfortunately woefully inadequate.

I'm basically wondering if our Lingo 8 translation memory is compatible with Lingo 9 and can we use an updated translation memory in Lingo 9 with updated Flare projects in Flare 11? Complicating matters is the fact that we're using Subversion source control through Flare. There are simply too many variables for me to feel comfortable with simply upgrading the process with my fingers crossed and we use the basic workflow to translate all of our user guides to Chinese.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
