Lingo - update project

Hi folks,

As long as I haven't manually added files to an English project after it was created, I can use the "Update Project" feature one time. But if I try to update the English project again, later on, the menu item isn't available.
Is there a work-around for this? While I *wish* we only changed released documents once, it isn't going to happen. I would like to keep a living project, that I could update each time the English is released, and only send out the changed files for translation.
