Misaligned TM suggestions

Sometimes when I click into an empty cell for a segment translation, that is, I get TM suggestion that is relevant for the segment translation below the one I am currently translating. This happens irregularly and I have not been able to find any relation to the files I'm translating, the languages, or anything else.
