Tagging translations with translation sources

Howdy,
I get to use Lingo once or twice a year when we update our manuals. This time around we are considering adding a machine translation to our mix.
My question is, suppose I use Google as my machine translator. Is there a way to tag files or segments to show that "this one" was translated with my translation memory but "this other one" was done by Google? Any marker or key?
I suppose I could make a manual note after the segment, but I'd rather this be done automatically, IF actually done.
