Target Tags are Missing

Hi,

Anyone know what "Target Tags are Missing" means in Lingo in relation to a segment? Also, how to troubleshoot?

For anyone else with same problem - I deleted the target segment and re-applied the translation. The problem then disappeared. Still curious to know what causes this.
