Connection to MT provider not possible

Hey folks -

we are using DeepL as our MT provider. Until recently everything worked fine, but since yesterday there seems to be a problem on MadCap's server. I get the following error message:

Background:System.Exception: The underlying connection was closed: An unexpected error occurred on a send. SendFailure.
bei B3.LingoMachineTranslationKit.MTWrapper.MTString(String source, String sourceLang, String targetLang)
bei B3.LingoMachineTranslationKit.LingoMTController.GetMTSuggestions(ITokenizedString source, String targetLang, IEnumerable`1 alreadyCached)
bei B3.LingoMachineTranslationKit.MTSuggestionBackgroundWorker.OnDoCustomWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)
bei B3.AppKit.CustomBackgroundWorker.OnDoWork(DoWorkEventArgs e)

DeepL support says that it must be an issue on MadCap's side. Of course, our maintenance just expired, so I can't contact support. Does anybody else experience issues?

Can't help with your particular problem, but you can still report bugs... So I would say try reporting it as a bug and see what happens. See my message footer for a link. And good luck!
