Update project and unexpected checkout of equal files

Hi
I've recently discovered that when I update a project in Lingo after the xliff are generated and compared, the many files which were marked equal and "completed" get suddenly marked (still) as equal but "untraslated". Considering that the project is connected to Git, I've to manually revert all those files which have been modified and checkedout.
Am I missing something or is it a bug?
My setup is:
- Lingo version: 11R2
- Source control: Git
- Flare version: 2021r2
- Git version: 2.35.1.windows.2
