Lingo obviously breaks down a topic into 'sentence segments' for want of a better phrase so that one source sentence = one target sentence when viewing a segment in Grid mode. But if I change to Viewing mode and add an extra sentence to the general translated target text that extra sentence is missing from the Grid mode (except, oddly, when that extra text is added to already bulleted text)
Is it not possible to have source and target segments with differing numbers of sentences in Lingo?

Paul, if i am not wrong this is the 'phrase/segment alignment' feature of Lingo which is planned for a next release of Lingo. I've headed down your path as well on this..
If you submit your bug feedback request here, the more likely it'll get fixed or included in a future release
