Can't Import Previous Flare Project

Hello,

I'm a new Flare user and am having trouble importing variables, snippets, page layouts, and stylesheets from previously created Flare project into a new Flare project. I followed the instructions on this help topic: http://docs.madcapsoftware.com/FlareV11 ... gGuide.pdf from the "How to Add a "Project Import File Manually" section on page 8 but to no avail.

Here's the problem I'm having:
As per the instructions, I went to the Project Organizer, right-clicked on the Imports folder, and selected "Add Flare Project Import File." I located the project folder on my computer (Documents>My Projects) where I store my Flare project folders. Whenever I reach the folder where the file should be located, the Flare file does not show up, so I cannot select it.

I found this tutorial showing how to add your Flare project as a template: http://kb.madcapsoftware.com/mobile/Bas ... plates.htm and I followed the instructions. I am unable to make project I would like to import a template either.

Anybody have any suggestions why I can't import my Flare file?

You have to create the import file before you select your project.

When you add the import file, it will prompt you to create the import file, so choose 'New from template' - it is not asking you to choose your project at this point.
