I upgraded to MadCap Flare 12 last week.
I did send out a project for review and it came back yesterday. When I now try to import the project I get (error loading in-box: Search path or filename, or both, contains to many characters. The complete filname must contain less then 260 characters and the catalogue name less then 248.)
In my case they are containing less characters than the error message is telling me.
I have tried to move the zip-file to a different place and import it again, but the error message is still there.
This is not a new project, it's been there for several years.
I also tried to go back to my previous version of Flare (10), but I get the same message there.
Any advice?
