Import Wizard doesn't offer me choice to import Conditions

I am trying to use global project linking to an import condition tag set from a Master project. For some reason, Flare's Import Wizard does not list Condition tag sets as one of the options in the drop-down menu. Is there something I am missing here?

The Include Files drop-down has all the main file groups, but you can add to this by using the Edit ... button, then Add the condition tag sets.
If you just want to import only conditions, you can also edit the text directly in the drop-down window.
For example, in this image, the drop-down defaulted to HTML files (and there is no obvious clear button), so I added in the condition tags, then just deleted the highlighted file types and imported.
