Hi,
I am experiencing that import of Word files in Office 2010 does not work as expected: in the resulting project an HTML 5 output with Tripane navigation resp. Top Navigation with the toc at a side shows all topics in its TOC, but links from the toc to a topic which uses special characters like Germn umlauts in its Heading don't work. What makes me curious is that in the same result the TOC link from the drop down menu at the top DOES show all topic right.
Hope to get a hint which parameter of the import process might help.

Re: Problem with import of Word Files
For me, this issue is "solved":
My rule now is to avoid Toc links which contain a special character like a German Umlaut AND a bookmark (#). It does not matter whether it's a bookmark created by Word for Toc entries or a bookmark created by the author. The attached screenshot might help others with similar problems.
This issue seems to specific for HTML 5 output and it's in Flare 12 as well as Flare 2017.
I would appreciate any comment.
