Anybody notice different behaviors between the options:
>> Add Import File
>> Import something and let Flare create an import file
I'm going to test this as we're having some issues with our import files - source is missing and so can't open any of the tabs to view or modify. I can open in text editor but it's a lot harder to see what were mapped as new topics, and what styles are mapped.
Any tips appreciated, thanks!

I think the issue is your source file is missing. Flare checks the document styles when you open an import file, and can't do that if it is not there. (That checking does get annoying when you just want to look up some settings).
I find that adding an import file, or using the wizard gets the same results.

Thanks, pretty much what I concluded. Doing a migration and users here thought the import file worked differently than it does.
I knew tho....
Yes, and you can delete the list of source files but the topics imported are still linked - even when you copy the import file, which is what someone tried.
You can open in text editor and copy the mapping parts - but I think it's just as easy to post that list on the wiki and then use it each time you import, or change as needed.
