Copying from one Flare project to another
I have two nearly similar Flare projects. Is it possible to copy and paste text or code between them?

Yes, you can copy and paste between projects...
There are, however, other alternatives.
If the projects are similar why are there two of them? You can keep the content in the same project and use two masterTOCs to build different content.
You can also use global project linking to use the content from one project in another.
Both of these options are single sourcing, changing content in only one place.
You can also import from another project, either each time you build (so the content is always the same) or on a once of basis (like copying and pasting everything in one go).
