Flare Excel Import: Auto-sync loses conditional tagging

I'm using Flare to import an MS Excel file and segregate the file using conditional tagging.

Now this Auto-reimport on Generate Output option lets me sync the content in my Flare file with the updates from the original MS Excel file (if there are any changes).

Upon building the project, once auto-reimport has run its course, I do get the changes from the MS Excel file, but at the same time I lose all the conditional tags that I made inside Flare (for this specific file).

Is there some way I can use this auto-reimport feature without losing the conditional tagging.
