Getting"Local workspace detected"importing project from Git

I am trying to import my Flare project from Git repo ,getting below error

Local workspace detected - MadCap Flare only supports server workspaces. Please contact your system administrator to help resolve the issue.

I have tried all possible solution from Madcap Forum .
1. Moving the project folder to other location - didnt work
2. removing Versioncontrol.config file - didnt work

Please give a solution to resolve this issue .
