Hi all,
I'm importing HTML files from Help and Manual. My screen has been sitting here for a while with no progress or errors. Will this process take a while? Is this normal? Is an hour too long to not see any progress at all?

Looks like Flare has stalled out on you - it definitely should have shown some progress. Open the task manager and cut it off, then try again.
