We have issues with the TOC display in HTML5 help.
I have a question:
The file
http://www.madcapsoftware.com/Schemas/MadCap.xsd is not existing on madcapsoftware.com
Nevertheless I have some items in my toc referring that file (see image)
My question:
- why do have new items this xmlns information?
- how can I omit that informtion in the toc?

The XSD file is an XML schema file, and Flare will insert hundreds of links like this in your project.
You can't stop Flare inserting them, but the links do not cause any problems.
