Alpha value 0.2 - how to edit?

Alpha value 0.2 - how to edit?

Hi all,

Does anyone know how to edit the styles highlighted in red in the attached screenshot? The alpha value is light grey creating a dark box around the 'Contents' tab. When i run the rgba through a hex converter, i get #00000 so it seems to be creating some sort of transparent black. All associated colour properties are set to transparent in the skin editor.
