Cannot Edit Table of Contents Text Color in Print Output
In my print output, the text of the table of contents is a very faint shade of gray, barely visible against the white background. I cannot find out how to edit it. Strangely, I can go into my main stylesheet and edit the background color of Madcap|tocproxy and it changes the color behind the text. But when I make and changes to the text style itself, nothing happens. What gives?

Welcome to the forums! 
In the medium you use for your print output, check the color of p.TOC1, p.TOC2, etc. Those styles control the heading listings within the generated table of contents.
